Vendor & Sponsor Information

The North Carolina Museums Council invites you to take part in our annual conference in Asheville, NC March 18 and 19, 2011.  We appreciate the support you have shown us in the past and hope the upcoming conference will provide you with an excellent opportunity to reach your clientele.

Similar to last year’s conference in Greensboro, we have taken into consideration the current economic situation and reduced our conference in time, scope, and expense.  Our normal three-day conference has been reduced to two days.  Sunday, the first day, will consist of workshops at local museums followed by an opening reception that evening.  Monday will contain all sessions, NCMC business, and all other annual meeting activities.  Conference congregations and sessions will take place in the host museums, and in the conference host hotel. We will have a venue for a vendor hall at the host hotel where the sessions, networking breakfasts and business luncheon will take place on Monday.

The Vendor Hall will be held Monday, March 19, in the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Asheville from 9am to 4pm. As an Exhibition Level vendor, you receive a full-conference registration and recognition in the conference program and on our website, as well as the opportunity to meet with NCMC members attending the conference. If you cannot attend, the Basic Level still affords you the ability to advertise with registered attendees and NCMC members.

A sponsorship promotes your business name through individual conference activities but also includes participation in the conference, all at a reduced rate.  Attached, please find the information sheets for vendor and sponsorship opportunities as well as the registration form.

Deadlines for Sponsors and Vendors:

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2012 Annual Meeting in Asheville. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions or suggestions.
