The North Carolina Museums Council invites you to take part in our annual conference in Raleigh, NC March 7 & 8, 2010. We appreciate the support you have shown us in the past and hope the upcoming conference will provide you with excellent opportunity to reach your clientele.
In response to the current national economic situation this year’s conference has been reduced in time, scope, and expense. Our normal three day conference has been reduced to two days. Sunday, the first day, will consist of tours of local museums followed by an opening reception that evening. Monday will contain all sessions, NCMC business, and all other annual meeting activities. Conference congregations and sessions will take place in museums, not the usual conference facilities. As a result we will not be able to offer space for vendor booths and displays. We still invite you take part as a conference attendee, recognition in the conference program and our website, and sponsor individual conference activities, all at a reduced rate.
