FOCoS - Free Onsite Consultation Service
FOCoS aims to mobilize the expertise of NCMC's statewide membership and enlist consultants to offer a helping hand to our colleagues at smaller, emerging art galleries, museums, historic sites, or science centers.

1000/100 Project
Currently inactive, the 1000/100 Project's goal was established to develop a broad, grassroots network of 1000 trained leaders in heritage and cultural tourism throughout North Carolina's 100 counties. That effort has been completed in part. The North Carolina Museums Council is one of the project's sponsors. Additional information about the project can be found at www.1000-100project.org.
