The NCMC Newsletter is published quarterly by and for members of the North Carolina Museums Council. News of general interest to the museum community is actively solicited. We create a full color version of the newsletter that will be posted on our website for continual access. Members and non-members who are on our "news announce" opt-in e-mail list will receive an e-mail notice when each quarterly issue is posted on the website. (If you are not on our e-mail "news announcement" e-mail list and wish to join, send an e-mail to webmaster@ncmuseums.org, include the e-mail address you wish to have added in the text of your message, and indicate your wish to join the list.) Some news items from museums across the state are included in these e-mails, which are sent out, on average, once a week.
Send materials to our newsletter editor, Kyle Elizabeth Bryner, via e-mail (newsletter@ncmuseums.org) or via snail mail to: Attn.: Kyle Bryner, PO Box 7267, Winston-Salem NC 27109.
All materials must have a contact name, address and telephone number. Include e-mail or website addresses if you have them. Camera-ready graphics and black-and-white photographs are preferred. Please call about any materials which need to be returned to you immediately; otherwise, those materials will be returned after that edition is published. Materials may be sent on diskette; please contact the editor for formatting instructions. Disks will be returned upon request.
Deadlines for:
the Summer issue is June 5 (covers July 15-October 15)
the Autumn issue is September 5 (covers October 15-January 15)
the Winter issue is December 5 (covers January 15-April 15)
the Spring issue is March 5 (April 15-July 15).
