NCMC members and non-members may submit museum related employment listings to appear on the NCMC employment webpage. Please complete the form below to submit your job listing. Once your listing has been approved it will appear on the employment page. NCMC reserves the right to edit or disapprove listing it deems inappropriate.

NCMC members can submit a listing at no charge. Non-members may submit a listing for $25. Non-members may submit an advertisement to our website and newsletter for a $25 fee. If the job posting will expire before the next NCMC quarterly newsletter, a website-only advertisement is $15. Job listings will be posted for a maximum of two months, or will be removed on or about the date of a stated deadline for applications. Employment listings are limited to a maximum of 500 words.

Does your institution need help organizing, managing, and preserving the special collections that document North Carolina’s history and culture? The North Carolina State Archives can help through its Traveling Archivist Program (TAP). The application and instructions are available online on the North Carolina State Archives website.

The Department of Education Southeast Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) region includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The Southeast RAC invites your comments and recommendations on the educational needs of the region and how those needs would be most effectively addressed. Using the links on our page you will find the dates of upcoming RAC meetings open to the public, RAC meetings materials and summaries, and a place for you to leave your comment.
