This Historic Site Manager III is responsible for the overall leadership and development of the Reed Gold Mine State Historic Site in Midland, North Carolina.
This position works a Monday-Friday schedule and may require occasional night or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee all interpretive and maintenance staff at Reed Gold Mine State Historic Site
Supervise budget, payroll, and purchasing of supplies and materials
Establish mission-based site goals through strategic planning and community outreach
Conduct tours and interpretive demonstrations as part of visitor services
Ensure high safety standards are met and maintained for visitors and staff

Salary Range: $43,738 - $53,953
