This year’s Annual Meeting theme, Hidden Treasures: The Unseen Work & Opportunities Within Museums, invites attendees to look behind the scenes and celebrate the essential work that is often overlooked yet vital to the success and impact of museums. From collections care, programming, and governance to development, partnerships, and beyond, this year's conference will highlight the people, practices, and possibilities that make museums cultural treasures.
Your journey to Greenville is more than a trip—it’s a museum-hopping adventure! Join the Museum Trek on Saturday, April 11, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Explore northeastern North Carolina along curated routes, collect stamps for your “passport,” and compete for prizes while discovering local history, art, and science.
